Testers wanted
Google Play requires a closed test with a group of real testers before an app can go public. All three apps are finished, uploaded, and waiting on that group. If you have an Android phone and a Google account, joining costs you an install and the occasional bit of feedback — and it is what gets these listings opened to everyone.
