Two bakes of this project's models pass a from-the-file rebuild and gate, 64 of 64 tokens, with no checkout and no external fixture. A third, earlier bake of the same champion model claimed the same thing and was lying: its verify path had quietly fallen back to a local fixture instead of reading its own embedded evidence.
ReadThe routed experts of a 35B MoE moved to host RAM, VRAM footprint down to 2.68 GB from 21, output identical on 20 of 20 prompts. The first working version ran at 39 tok/s. Pinning the host store and reading misses in-kernel got it to 72.
ReadAn OS design in which the message between agents is a latent tensor with an identity, and text is one adapter among several. The transport and tiering numbers are real, the fork gate is resolved, and the thesis experiment has not passed. That experiment asks whether an untrained model reads its own hidden states as reasoning.
